- Remove seeds from 3 cups of watermelon and purée in a blender or food processor until smooth. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine watermelon purée with 2 cups of simple syrup and stir.
- Combine watermelon purée with 1 cup of tequila, ⅓ cup of mint syrup, and ¼ cup of lemon juice.

Our Raspberry Limoncello Sorbet is the perfect mix between tart and sweet that can transport us to an Italian villa. Here is how you can make this delightful sorbet this summer for you and anyone you may be entertaining this 4th of July:
- Purée 6 cups of raspberries, 1 cup of simple syrup, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine sieve into a large mixing bowl. Press down with a rubber spatula to extract as much liquid as possible.
- Stir in 2 cups of Limoncello and 1 cup of filtered water into a bowl with raspberry purée.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

- Purée ½ cup of fresh pineapple chunks in a blender or food processor.
- In a large mixing bowl combine puréed pineapple with 1 cup of coconut milk and whisk together.
- Add 2 cups of simple syrup and 1 cup of Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum and stir.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
- Freeze the mixture in your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions, until it has a gelato-like consistency.
- Transfer the ice cream into freezer-safe containers and freeze for at least 8 hours before serving.
