Orders will arrive within 2-3 days of your selected ship date. You will receive a follow up email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that someone 21+ must be home to sign for the package since our ice creams contain alcohol. If your order is delayed in transit, don’t worry!! Your ice cream is backed by our “Melt-Free Guarantee.” If your ice cream arrives melted because of a carrier delay, we’ll reship your order and do what we can to make it right.

TIP: If you’re shipping ice cream for a specific event, we recommend selecting a ship date one week prior in case of transit delays. While we do our best to adhere to your preferred ship date, we cannot guarantee a day of delivery.
