Pint pack orders cancelled at least 48 hours in advance will be refunded. Please reach out to customerservice@tipsyscoop.com if you'd like to cancel your order. For same day cancellations (within 12 hours of order pick up or delivery), we are NOT able to refund your order. Ice cream cakes, sandwiches, gift cards, classes/events and all in-store purchases are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns; all sales on ice cream and ice cream products are final. Partially eaten items cannot be returned. If you have a question or quality control concern about an item purchased, please e-mail customerservice@tipsyscoop.com.

Because our ice cream contains alcohol, it is even more perishable than normal ice cream. All orders are shipped FedEx overnight in through Goldbely.com to prevent melting. Additionally, you can get 10% off your first order with the promo code Get1Tipsy.

Your boozy ice cream stays frozen thanks to super cool dry ice (-109 °F to be exact)! But let's leave the frostbite to polar explorers! Please use caution when unpacking and don't handle dry ice with bare hands. Instead, leave it in the cooler or insulated tote bag and allow it to vanish in a ventilated area away from children or pets.

As long as your ice cream is still "refrigerator-cold" to the touch, they can be safely stored in your freezer with no reduction in quality.

If your order is delayed in transit, don't worry!! Your ice cream is backed by our "Melt-Free Guarantee." If your ice cream arrives melted because of a carrier delay, we’ll reship your order and do what we can to make it right.

Before placing an order, please confirm that someone 21+ will be available to sign for the ice cream upon arrival. If the recipient is not home to receive, a fee will be charged for redelivery or reshipment.

Yes! All of our flavors are infused with alcohol and should only be consumed by those 21 and over. When placing an order online for messenger delivery or nationwide shipping, please ensure someone 21+ is home to sign for the package. When you visit one of our Barlour locations, be prepared to show your ID!

All of our flavors actually have an alcohol content! They're boozy enough to get you tipsy, but low enough ABV that they still freeze. (It's not like putting a bottle of Vodka in the freezer). Because of the alcohol content, our ice cream tends to be a bit softer--more like a gelato consistency than regular ice cream.

Up to 1 year stored in the back of the freezer

All of our sorbets are completely gluten free, dairy free, and vegan. The seasonal Blue Chair Bay Piña Colada and JAJA Coconut Margarita ice creams are made with coconut milk and are 100% dairy free.

Two of our year round flavors are not safe for those with nut allergies:
-Spiked Hazelnut Coffee ice cream is infused with Hazelnut Liqueur.
-Cake Batter Vodka Martini is infused with amaretto, a liqueur made from almond or apricot seeds. The likelihood of an allergic reaction to amaretto is low, but we recommend that those who are nut sensitive avoid this flavor.

-While most of our ice creams do not contain nuts, peanuts and other nuts are used in our production facility. We strive to keep these items separate, but it's impossible to guarantee that your ice cream will be 100% nut free.

Our "It's My F*cking Birthday" and Cake Batter Vodka Martini/Funfetti Ice Cream Cakes are infused with amaretto, a liqueur made from almond or apricot seeds. The likelihood of an allergic reaction to amaretto is low, but we recommend that those who are nut sensitive avoid this flavor. Our Dark Chocolate Whiskey Ice Cream Cake is nut free. 

All of our year-round ice cream flavors are gluten-free. However, some seasonal flavors, like the Santa's Cookies and Whiskey ice cream, do contain gluten. If you are gluten-sensitive we recommend consulting the nutritional labels before consuming. Additionally, some aged liquor, like whiskey, can contain traces of gluten. So if you're super gluten-sensitive, we would avoid ordering a flavor that contains whiskey or bourbon. Our ice cream sandwiches contain gluten, but our ice cream cakes can be made gluten-free upon request.

All of our seasonal and year-round ice creams are 100% egg free.

Most of our boozy ice cream pints contain a tamper proof seal, however, seasonal flavors or pints scoop in-stores might arrive without a seal. As long as the ice cream does not appear contaminated or tampered with in any way, pints without a seal are still 100% safe to eat!

Yes, we offer non-alcoholic flavors for catering and virtual events. We also sell non-alcoholic flavors by the scoop in-store if you are visiting with someone who is underage or doesn't drink alcohol!

If we re-post a photo you took of our ice cream on our main Instagram feed, you can redeem a free scoop of ice cream at one of the Tipsy Scoop Barlour locations. We don't offer free scoops if we re-post your story, sorry! But you ARE IG famous for 24 hours :)
