Learn how to make your own boozy ice cream cake!
During this 2.5 hour class you and a friend will build and decorate a 6-inch boozy ice cream cake. Guided by a professional decorator, you'll learn as a pair to form ice cream layers, assemble, ice, and decorate your cake, including learning piping and inscription technique. PLUS, you'll get unlimited tastes of our other boozy ice cream flavors, learn about company history, snap lots of IG-worthy pics and take home the cake you made in an insulated Tipsy Scoop™ tote bag with dry ice!
*NOTE: Pricing is for 2 people- make and take home 1 x 6-inch boozy ice cream cake (feeds 10-15 people).
*Classes are held at our Brooklyn Barlour- 270 Metropolitan Ave in Williamsburg (located off the Bedford L, Metropolitan G and Marcy J/M stops.

What an amazing experience! There were so many surprises included in the cake-making class that made each element even better than the last. I took my mom here as a cute little activity over Mother's Day Weekend, and the Tipsy Scoop team was sooooo sweet! They made our experience absolutely one to remember and even gave us a special token/gift for her being the only mom there. Way to make my mom feel special! Loved making the cake for an upcoming party! Was a blast and learned some fun decorating techniques and how to properly inscribe!

Went with my sister! We learned a lot about Tipsy Scoop and also how to decorate cakes in general- was very fun! Cakes last for a few months in freezer so have been eating slices for dessert since I got home!
