Create your very own ice cream cocktail this Valentine’s day.

The most delectable chocolaty treats are usually served around Valentine’s day — so why not try to make your own? If you’re spending this year’s Valentine’s day at home, try your hand at our signature Strawberry Kiss Martini Recipe.

To get started, you first need to create our signature vanilla ice cream mix. It is important that you follow the Tipsy Scoop recipe for your base as it is the perfect concoction to hold ice cream with alcohol at 5% ABV. To get started you’ll need:

• 6 cups of Ice Cream Mix
• ¼ cup of strawberry puree
• 1 cup whipped cream vodka
• ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

To get started, grab a large mixing bowl and combine your ice cream mix, whipped cream vodka, and strawberry puree. Once all of the ingredients are thoroughly mixed, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. Then grab your ice cream maker and freeze your ice cream using the directions on your machine. When your ice cream concoction has reached the desired consistency, you can transfer it to another large bowl and begin mixing in the chocolate chips. Once the chocolate chips are mixed in, you can move on to serving. To really add an extra wow factor to your homemade boozy ice cream, serve in a champagne glass, top it with a splash of prosecco, and garnish with a slice of strawberry.
