Learn how to make your own boozy ice cream cake!
During this 2.5 hour class you and a friend will build and decorate a 6-inch boozy ice cream cake.
*NOTE: Pricing is for 2 people- make and take home 1 x 6-inch boozy ice cream cake (feeds 10-15 people).
*Classes are held at our Brooklyn Barlour- 270 Metropolitan Ave in Williamsburg (located off the Bedford L, Metropolitan G and Marcy J/M stops.

I had an amazing experience on Saturday 8/12 at the Cake n Sip class. Brenda and Christine were both tentative and friendly upon arrival. Brenda & Christine informed us that their classes are usually full but this week it would just be my husband & I. we will Upon arrival and introduction of the We were both grateful as we both had views on how we wanted to decorate our cake. Christine talked us through the steps on decorating the cake and was extremely patient while teaching us different techniques. ( I was having a hard time adding the buttercream. It’s not as easy as it looks LoL) We had unlimited samples of ice cream and even participated in creating a boozy ice cream sundae which Brenda nicely guided us through. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone who wants to try something new or even as a day date. I can’t wait to return to try a different class. Thanks again ladies for the amazing experience!
What an amazing experience! There were so many surprises included in the cake-making class that made each element even better than the last. I took my mom here as a cute little activity over Mother's Day Weekend, and the Tipsy Scoop team was sooooo sweet! They made our experience absolutely one to remember and even gave us a special token/gift for her being the only mom there. Way to make my mom feel special! Thank you so much for the kindness and patience of the entire team. Definitely recommend it, and the cake ultimately tastes amazing and was decorated with love ofc!!!!!! Book it!
Loved making the cake for an upcoming party! Was a blast and learned some fun decorating techniques and how to properly inscribe!
Had so much fun and got to try as many ice cream flavors we wanted. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Completely devoured our cakes.
Went with my sister! We learned a lot about Tipsy Scoop and also how to decorate cakes in general- was very fun! Cakes last for a few months in freezer so have been eating slices for dessert since I got home!
