What You’ll Need:
- Tipsy Scoop’s Strawberry White Sangria Sorbet
- Prosecco
- Aperol or Orange Liqueur
- Fresh strawberries
- Fresh lemon
How You’ll Make It:
- Add one large rounded scoop of Strawberry White Sangria Sorbet to an oversized wine glass
- Pour over 1 ounce of Aperol or orange liqueur.
- Top with 4 ounces of prosecco
- Garnish with fresh strawberries and a lemon wheel.
Party Like It’s Your Birthday
It may not be your mom’s birthday, but that doesn’t mean she can’t party like it is! With prosecco and vodka, this may just become your mom’s favorite cocktail of all time.
What You’ll Need:
- 2 scoops of Tipsy Scoop’s Cake Batter Martini Ice Cream
- 4 ounces of prosecco
- 1 ounce of vodka
- Rainbow nonpareils
- Lime
- Champagne coupe
- Birthday cake gummies
How You’ll Make It:
- Use a lime wedge to wet the rim of a champagne coupe.
- Roll the glass on a plate of rainbow nonpareils until the rim of the glass is covered.
- Scoop one small scoop of Cake Batter Martini ice cream into the coupe
- Pour 1 ounce of your favorite vodka into the glass
- Fill the glass about ¾ to the top with prosecco
- Add another small scoop of ice cream to the glass
- Add sprinkles to the top scoop and garnish with birthday cake gummies and a paper straw.

What You’ll Need:
- 6 cups of ice cream mix- recipe here!
- ½ cup of whipped cream vodka
- ¼ cup of Amaretto
- ¼ cup of white chocolate liqueur
How You’ll Make It:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir.
- Cover the bowl in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours
- Freeze the mixture in your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer the ice cream into freezer-safe containers and freeze for at least 8 hours before serving.
Raspberry Limoncello Sorbet
Sorbet is the perfect way to cool down now that the weather has started to warm up. This sweet and refreshing sorbet recipe is the perfect recipe to try out with your mom this Mother’s Day.
What You’ll Need:
- 6 cups of raspberries
- 1 cup simple syrup
- 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups of Limoncello
- 1 cup of filtered water
- 6 cups of raspberry purée
How You’ll Make It:
- Purée the raspberries, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine sieve into a large mixing bowl. Press down with a rubber spatula to extract as much liquid as possible.
- Stir in limoncello, filtered water, and raspberry purée into a bowl.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Freeze the mixture in your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer the sorbet into freezer-safe containers and freeze for at least 8 hours before serving.
